




At Vertexark Auto Parts, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Original proof of purchase is provided
Change of mind returns are not automatically accepted due to the nature of automotive parts.
However, at our discretion, we may accept a return if:
The item is returned in brand new, resellable condition
The buyer covers all return shipping costs
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been fitted, used, or modified
Electrical parts once installed or attempted to install
Special order or custom-made items
Items returned without original packaging or missing components
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where the fault is ours.
To start a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions
Send item back securely packaged
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once approved
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
